Gather and analyze sales data, product distribution, pricing, and promotions in the market to compare and assess trends.
Plan and create promotions in line with the set budget to boost sales.
Build and promote the product image, as well as expand sales points through strategies presented to the management team.
Manage product stock and promotional materials while coordinating various marketing activities to support the sales team and partners across diverse sales channels.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product availability and increase sales.
Collect and analyze sales and marketing data to use in planning sales promotion strategies across different channels.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in marketing or sales, specifically in TT (Traditional Trade) or MT (Modern Trade) channels.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, especially in using VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and formulas related to sales.
Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills related to sales and marketing.
Able to work well under pressure, with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and adaptability.
