Apply knowledge of food engineering and basic product science to design appropriate molds and metals.
Prepare and design a Back-Up Die or other components related to the Set-Up Die for the production of products or for quality control of assigned feed pellets.
Participate in planning, executing, and deciding on the use of Die or Die Setup for trial work of assigned new products (NPD) or existing products (PI).
Provide information about die that is consistent with the quality of food pellets or the effectiveness of production to the supervisor. To reinforce the standardization of production.
Conduct die experiments and collect data that matches the assigned objectives. to jointly determine Develop and supplement information to standardize die management, including maintaining, using, and ordering die.
Provide and keep up to date with relevant technical developments. and applied to modify and improve products
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineer or related field.
1 - 2 years or more experience in design.
Have good communication skills, work as a team, pay attention to details, and be agile.
Flexibility in work schedule.
Have skills in mathematical analysis.
Know various technologies to apply in the work.
Have skills in using Auto Cad, Solid Works, Microsoft Office, Power BL, Statistical Analysis.
