Process Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Provide information on the status of machinery and utilities related to production to the production technology development team and dry pet food. in the responsible project
- Carry out necessary inspections and calibrations of machinery. to ensure accuracy There are suitable and correct conditions for the production of experimental food.
- Oversee and evaluate existing production processes and work procedures. and communicate findings and proposals to supervisors.
- Prepare and compile reports to record process status and changes.
- Participate in designing and testing processes or machines. and production process.
- Implement a software system to simulate the production process to find suitable and accurate conditions. To solve problems in machines, mechanical and electrical within the production line.
- Participate in developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality. and propose guidelines and participate in effective process change.
- Participate in developing and setting operating standards for improving or upgrading existing processes. or new process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience or more.
- Good communication skills, ability to work in a team, attention to detail, and agility.
- Flexibility in work schedule.
- Strong mathematical analytical skills.
- Familiarity with various technologies to apply them in work.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Microsoft Office, Power BI, and Statistical Analysis.
